At Châteauform’, our chefs are getting trained up!
"Learn to always learn" is one of Châteauform’s mottos, but it doesn't just apply to your training participants. Our teams also need to see things differently, and exchange views...
In April, our chefs took full advantage of the holiday period to take part in a training around the table. Cooking and our participants' perception of it is changing, and this was the chance to get inspired by new recipes and new ways of doing things, and then recreate these ideas in our kitchens so that we can satisfy and surprise your participants even more.
The recipes drawn up were based on a different theme each day: these themes included regional cuisine, starters and original rustic snacks, summer cuisine, seasonal dishes, and simple & sublime cuisine
All our chefs went back to their respective houses bursting with enthusiasm, new ideas and new recipes that will really get your taste buds racing!
